What this page is
Every tool takes your inputs and returns a computed or filtered result you can act on, print, or bring to a deal participant. MGB Resources is the reference layer; Tools is the active layer above it, and each tool links down to the resource that governs it.
What it is not
Not a second resource library, not an application intake, and not a substitute for NPCA. No tool originates a transaction, quotes a rate, or introduces a counterparty. When a tool surfaces a need, it routes you to NPCA registration, MGB Academy, or MGB directly.
How it is built
Every audience needs three things: a way to screen whether C-PACE applies, a way to run the number that decides the deal, and a way to assemble the paperwork. Most PACE sites build the first two, for property owners only. This page builds all three, for all MGB Academy audiences.
Held constant in every tool. Missouri assessment terms may not exceed 20 years or the weighted average useful life of the financed improvements, whichever is less (§ 67.2800 RSMo). Economic benefit is the statutory standard; a savings-to-investment ratio of 1.0 or greater is an MGB program recommendation and industry best practice, not a statutory test. Rates are always entered by you — MGB does not quote them.

They do not substitute for an energy audit, an engineer's certification, a technical review, or any other requirement of the Missouri Clean Energy District C-PACE program. They do not represent an offer of financing, a commitment to finance, or a determination that any project or property will be approved. Missouri Green Banc does not guarantee energy savings. Results depend on assumptions you enter, and actual costs, savings, rates, and terms will differ. Consult your own legal, accounting, and engineering advisors before acting on any result.
