For a city, village, or county considering membership in the Missouri Clean Energy District. How to use the packet
- Staff report draft goes to whoever prepares the agenda item. It is written in your staff's voice and should be edited into your own format.
- Fiscal exposure goes to your finance officer and attorney. It is written to be read without any other material.
- Governing body questions goes in the council or commission packet. It answers cost, liability, and effort directly.
- Pathway and timeline shows each step, who owns it, and estimated dates from your start date and meeting schedule. Most of the elapsed time is your own review and agenda cycle.
- Request to MGB asks for the model authorizing instrument and the review package. Copy it into an email.
- Activation checklist is for after the vote. Membership makes C-PACE available; awareness is what gets it used.
