Counties are shaded by their own membership; a county that has not joined is shaded as a municipal member when at least one city or village inside it has. MCED is the statutory C-PACE authority under §67.2800 RSMo.

MCED member communities enjoy all the advantages provided by its financing programs. Members bear no costs and share no liability or administrative burden:

Community officials are welcome to request district presentations and full program information.
Lenders may request MCED invite elected officials to take action in joining the district through legislation to be included in the intergovernmental organization.
Property owners may request their elected officials take action in joining the district to make funding available for property improvement and community betterment.
