NPCA Match Software Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on NPCA Match, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the platform.

2. Description of Service

NPCA Match is a software platform operated on behalf of Missouri Green Banc that connects Property Owners, Contractors, and Capital Providers around C-PACE financing opportunities. NPCA Match facilitates introductions and information exchange; it is not a party to, and does not guarantee the outcome of, any transaction between users.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including submitting false information, attempting to circumvent security controls, or using the platform for any unlawful purpose.

5. No Warranty

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. NPCA Match does not warrant that matches, information, or outcomes presented through the platform are accurate, complete, or suitable for your needs.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NPCA Match and Missouri Green Banc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Information you submit is used to operate the platform, including matching you with relevant opportunities and counterparties. See the platform's privacy practices for further detail.

8. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as the platform evolves. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
