Following the recent storms and tornado damage across the St. Louis region, property owners are facing difficult decisions about repair, reconstruction, resilience upgrades, and rising construction costs.
The St. Louis Rebuild Financing Program, offered through Missouri Green Banc and the Missouri Clean Energy District, helps eligible commercial, multifamily, nonprofit, agricultural, and other qualifying property owners access long-term financing for building improvements that enhance energy efficiency, resilience, safety, and property value.
Financing may be available for projects including roof replacement, HVAC systems, electrical upgrades, windows, insulation, solar energy systems, energy related storm hardening measures, infiltration mitigation improvements, backup power systems, and other qualifying capital improvements.

- Long-term fixed-rate financing
- Up to 100% project financing for qualified projects
- Financing that stays with the property upon sale, subject to program requirements
- Preservation of traditional bank credit lines and working capital
