In collaboration with the Missouri Clean Energy District and a private lender, MGB facilitates Residential PACE (R-PACE) financing for eligible projects and property owners across the State of Missouri. MGB’s R-PACE program operates in accordance with the national consumer protection policies adopted by PACENation.

Energy Efficiency Conservation Block Grants (EECBG) Program
As a Green Community, MCED Members and constituents are eligible to apply for grant funds to put towards energy improvement projects.
In collaboration with the Missouri Clean Energy District and Allectrify, MGB is developing a Healthy Home Loan Program for the State of Missouri.
