C-PACE for Equipment Providers and Jobbers is a free MGB Academy course on how Missouri commercial property owners finance the systems suppliers sell. It is offered by Missouri Green Banc, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit green bank in Chesterfield, Missouri, that administers the Missouri Clean Energy District, the statutory C-PACE authority under § 67.2800 RSMo. Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy financing, or C-PACE, funds qualifying equipment and building improvements through a long-term assessment on the property, which moves the customer conversation from price objection to project scope. The course shows how product lines map to eligible improvements, how project elements map to funding, and how NPCA — National PACE Capital Access — surfaces best-fit capital providers and contractors to owners. It runs 32 to 34 minutes across eight segments, is self-paced, and includes ten job aids with a product line eligibility map. Suppliers register with MGB Academy; there is no NPCA participant type for equipment providers, and the course is free.
