The form a property owner signs to enter matchmaking, on either track or both. It is short, plain, and structured around two symmetrical lists: seven things the owner authorizes MGB to do, and five things MGB will not do. The authorization covers eligibility review, a project summary, matching against every Active registrant’s Profile with no priority or preferred treatment, structured processes where elected, and sharing contact information only with participants the owner has explicitly selected. The will-not list is the substance of the protection — MGB will not represent the owner or negotiate terms, will not link contractor selection to capital selection, will not share contact information with unselected participants, and will not publish identifying information without separate written consent.
