This schedule sets the fees the Missouri Clean Energy District charges to review, authorize, and administer C-PACE special assessments under § 67.2800 RSMo. The authorization fee starts at 1.50% of the financing amount, with a $7,500 minimum. Higher tiers carry lower rates, and the fee stops at $80,000 for financings of $10 million or more. That works out to 0.80% at $10 million and 0.08% at $100 million. The schedule also covers the $1,000 application deposit, annual administration fees, and reimbursement of third-party costs. Its terms follow the national benchmark study, so property owners and capital providers can see the full cost of an MCED assessment before they apply.
