NPCA for Capital Providers is a free MGB Academy course for lenders and funds that want to finance commercial C-PACE projects in Missouri. NPCA — National PACE Capital Access — is a registration platform operated on behalf of Missouri Green Banc, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit green bank in Chesterfield, Missouri. A capital provider registers its loan elements — deal size, property type, structure, and terms — and NPCA surfaces the firm to Missouri property owners whose projects match what the firm already funds. The owner makes the selection; registration is the introduction, not a brokered placement. Missouri C-PACE assessments run up to 20 years, not exceeding the weighted average useful life of the improvements, under § 67.2800 RSMo, the statute administered by the Missouri Clean Energy District. The course runs 34 to 38 minutes across six segments, is self-paced, and ends with an MGB Academy course completion certificate and a five-item Capital Provider Onboarding Packet. Participation in NPCA is fee-free for capital providers, property owners, and contractors alike.
