How registration works on the capital side. Capital providers register criteria, property owners register projects, and when a Missouri project meets registered criteria, NPCA surfaces best-fit candidates for that owner to evaluate and choose from. It does not assign and it does not broker — the owner decides. Two features matter to a community lender: registration is fee-free, and contractor selection runs on a separate, unlinked track, so registering as a capital provider ties your institution to no contractor.
