The expectations every registered capital provider and every registered contractor agrees to on signing. Part A applies uniformly to both tracks: keep your Profile accurate, honor what you say you will do, respond to introductions within ten business days even to decline, treat property owners well, protect their information, and disclose conflicts including cross-track relationships. Parts B and C carry the provisions specific to each track. There are no exemptions, no premium-tier exceptions, and no separate rules by registration category. Two provisions do the most work: silence on an introduction harms property owners and the program and moves a participant to Inactive, and the no-steering rule keeps contractor and capital selection independent in practice rather than only on paper.
